Working with simple, fresh ingredients, Viviana kneads the dough and fries it to golden perfection right before your eyes, filling each panzerotto with a different classic combination: from melted mozzarella and tomato to caramelized onion and other traditional Apulian recipes. If you'd like, you're welcome to lend a hand and feel the dough yourself, though this is above all a moment to relax and watch a true expert at work.

This is not a cooking class, but an intimate, fragrant evening, or afternoon, built around conversation, laughter, and the irresistible smell of frying dough.
